About me
I’m a hands-on coach with 15 years of experience, specializing in mobility, handstands, soft acrobatics, and locomotion. I'm a practitioner at heart, fascinated by movement from a young age. I grew up as a swimmer and later immersed myself in capoeira, martial arts, calisthenics, and various forms of dance. I’ve spent years studying under world-class teachers, most prominently Ido Portal. Today, I help both beginners and professional athletes expand their physical practice beyond traditional fitness methods. My goal is to nurture movement literacy and build strong, capable bodies, with a focus on longevity and wellbeing. I’ve guided thousands of people through my online programs, in-person workshops, and over a decade of running a movement gym.
