Main topics We’ll begin by mobilizing the spine and shoulders, then open the hips and gradually ease into squats, forward folds, and gentle backbends. All exercises are scalable and accessible; you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and within your own capacity.

Pain & Posture We’ll focus on common areas of discomfort, like the lower back and neck. By mobilizing stiff joints and tight tissues, and restoring movement where it’s lacking, we allow the body to release tension and realign.

Moving beyond flexibility We’ll focus on proper joint articulation and nurture harmony between body parts. Developing not just an isolated range of motion, but true mobility through control and coordination.
