Sometimes this horizontal approach can delay achieving perfect execution. However, it will minimize the risk of overuse injuries and help you develop freedom in your practice. To me, that is way more valuable and that is what the course optimizes for.

This program is the next progression after Intro 1 and takes the challenge to the next level but not too difficult for the novice athlete. At 50 years old I feel more mobile now after doing Karin’s programs than I have in many years. Years of weightlifting had me stiff and not very mobile but now into my 2nd year of her program things are easier and I’m excited to work out every time I get to do one of her programs. Not only are they challenging but so fun and the moves look so beautiful once you string movements together and create your own flow.

Read MoreI think Intro 2 actually does a better job at breaking down the technicalities of the movement with text on screen and slo-mo or pauses in the video to help with the cues of each movement. The movements are more technical in some ways, but a wonderful addition to the movements learned in part 1. My handstands continue to get stronger, my lower body mobility is improving, and I continue to learn new flows. Cant wait to complete this and get to Part 3!

The course is structured as a series of videoclips, available anytime and from any device. I employed all my teaching experience to keep them as short as possible, so you can focus on moving rather than watching.

Every session is about 60-90 minutes long, depending on your choice.

No equipment is needed (though we highly recommend a pull-up bar/something to hang from, but it is totally optional and can be done separately from the sessions)

The course will be available for unlimited use.
