I love this soft mobility program for days when I’m sore or don’t have a lot of time to move. The movment is so fluid and feels amazing but is not overly time consuming. I rotate this program I’m every few weeks when i want to move but don’t have the energy for her regular locomotion programs. It’s also great for active recovery days.

I love this course, and it was super helpful at giving me multiple flows and mobility exercises I can incorporate into my "off" days in between kettlebell training. Or even between sets during my kettlebell training. It has been amazing at opening my lower back, hamstrings and improving my ankle mobility. Highly recommended

Good program. The movements, although apparently simple, require practice and memorization to remember and do them. But this exercises the brain, which is an added advantage. Perfectly explained by Karin. In short, it is a very useful program and perfectly executable, even if you have little time/mobility/strength

Beginners

I created this program as an entry point for people who want to be more active, to develop healthy and sustainable movement habits and get rid of persistent neck or back pain.

If you are inexperienced or short in training time, and just looking for a quick movement session that will keep you vitalized and healthy, these sessions can serve as a comprehensive training program for mobility and basic strength.

Athletes

For active movers or athletes however, it is best to add these routines to your toolbox of warm ups/cooldown drills, or to practice as separate recovery sessions.

This program will help you reduce tension, improve range of motion, balance your body from the demands of your sport and facilitate recovery.

Physical limitations

While I believe this program is universal and can be beneficial to everyone, I made a special effort to make sure it will also be appropriate for those dealing with common back and knee pain.

Knees:

This program does not require deep knee bends. If you are recovering from injury or suffering from some discomfort in your knees, this program will give you tons of options that will allow you to move pain free, develop strength and facilitate recovery.

Back pain:

2 of the sessions include floor routines, perfect for those struggling with back pain and discomfort. Whether the cause is a sedentary job or extreme activity, moving against the floor is a simple yet potent tool for dealing with back pain.

A word on soft movement

Soft means we are moving at sub-maximal effort, pain free, without any excess tension. This allows us to develop awareness, to move with care and to harness the potent therapeutic properties of movement.
*From my personal and teaching experience and knowledge, soft movement practices are extremely helpful in dealing with injuries and moving with autoimmune conditions. However, each individual is unique and there is no promise that this program will suit your specific situation, especially if your condition is severe.

Technical details

  • The course is structured as a series of short videoclips, available anytime and from any device.

  • No equipment is needed and most of the exercises can be done on 1x1 meters space. The floor routines in sessions 1 and 2 are best done on a smooth floor (however, the program provides adaptations around it).

  • The course will be available for unlimited use.

  • The course is non-refundabl.
