After several months of following Karin's training programs, I decided to sign up for her 1-on-1 coaching. I'm currently nearing the end of my second training cycle, which means we've been working together for six months now. I'm extremely satisfied with the structure of the training and Karin's overall approach. Everything is simple to follow while still being highly professional. I'm especially happy with the progress I've made over these six months. What I appreciate the most is Karin's flexibility and understanding of my personal circumstances. Because of my job, I work a lot of night shifts, travel frequently, have a young child, and many other responsibilities, so I haven't always been able to train as consistently as I should. Despite that, Karin has always been understanding and has adapted the program to fit my situation. Most importantly, she has never had a problem extending a training cycle—even by several weeks—so I could complete it properly without unnecessary pressure. I would highly recommend Karin's coaching to anyone looking for a professional, personalized, and flexible approach to training. I'm also looking forward to the next 3-month training cycle.😊

Working one-on-one with Karin Avi for six months has had a lasting impact on the way I move, train, and think about movement. As someone who has spent over two decades in manual therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning, I’m selective about who I learn from. Karin has a rare ability to blend strength, mobility, coordination, and awareness into a practice that feels both highly technical and deeply intuitive. Her coaching draws inspiration from the movement philosophy popularized by Ido Portal while remaining uniquely her own. Every session challenged me in a different way. Rather than simply improving flexibility, Karin helped me develop greater body awareness, smoother transitions, better control, and confidence in unfamiliar movement patterns. The emphasis on soft mobility and intentional exploration has translated directly into my athletic pursuits, my clinical work, and my overall physical resilience.
