Arching
As arching acrobatics leans on the foundation of the Backbend, this program incorporates mobility for the entire anterior chain (such as shoulders spine, and hip mobility).
Beyond targeted mobility work, you’ll engage in a variety of arching drills designed to enhance spinal flexibility, coordination, and full-body connectivity.
You'll learn to distribute the arch across your entire body, reducing reliance on spinal flexibility alone. This approach ensures safe, effective movement and makes acrobatics accessible—even if you’re not an ex-gymnast.

What is forward flow?
In my system and methodology, I split soft acrobatics practice into gross categories of forward and backward motions. While each branch includes a variety of options and elements, often, these elements overlap in their requirements.
My goal
Arching Acrobatics is one of my favorite ways to feel empowered and capable. It’s where I enjoy freedom of movement the most.
