In addition, there is a lot of content The material is presented in a very clear and orderly manner, timed by sessions, with warm-up, specific mobility, movements to learn and multiple sequences to integrate the movements in practice. You can download the sessions in PDF to have the session written in a schematic way. It is certainly a very good option if you want to learn from zero, increase your level or practice with a guide.

I was like I need Locomotion 1 and 2 first, but I had to go for it. What Karin shares with you is full on locomotion based movement practice that gives so many layers of locomotion in 8 weeks. She provides a wonderfully organized daily practice. Each week you have movements that builds to more complex but allows to really explore. Karin provides practitioners clear directions, note to focus and and explore. It is so much to digest but in no way overwhelming. This is not a do it one 8 week cycle and done. This is an exploration I return repeatedly to this day. Karin teaches with care, focus, and the clear goal of sharing with students the love of movement as skill, play, and joy at any level; beginner to advanced. Structure
Each week you will get 2 unique 60-90 minute sessions*.
The sessions are made up of a series of high-quality clips and PDFs, providing you with detailed, step-by-step video instructions on all the materials.
The first 3 weeks are dedicated to developing your skills, while the 4th week focuses on exploration and integration.
What's inside
Each session includes multiple combinations, teaching you how to integrate the materials into a coherent flow. Laying the ground for you to create your own combinations and continue your research.
Beyond specific skills the program also includes various open exploration tasks, providing you with ways to approach movement and develop your movement options outside of technical skills.

Soft acrobatics
This program will teach you the Au De Frente from scratch, with modified options for complete beginners to advanced levels. You will learn various uses of Au De Frente, as well as multiple ways to integrate it into your flow (even as a beginner!).
This program will teach you not only how to master this particular skill but also give you the foundations and the tools to master many more arching acrobatic skills.

Prior experience
All parts of the program are offered in multiple levels of difficulty and can be modified for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
That being said, even though the program does not rely on your skills or abilities, some prior experience is advised to make the most out of it.
However, if you are a physically fit and motivated newbie you should be able to bridge these gaps on your own.

About me
In this program, I bring to you not only my favorite materials but also my most proven and distilled learning methods.

Equipment and Space
Optimally, you will have some elevation from the floor (box/bench/stairs, etc), a broomstick, and a bar or rings.
However, the program provides adaptations and although it is preferred, no special equipment is crucial.
