Level 1 – Build the Foundation:
Focuses on strength, endurance, basic terminology, and handstand technique.
Level 2 – Start Balancing:
work on wall assisted balance, gain more confidence by learning how to bail a handstand, and continue to expand your capacity to stay on your hands.
Level 3 – Wall Balance Mastery:
Strengthen your balance against the wall and master free handstand kick-up.
Level 4 – Free Handstand:
gradually transition from the wall assisted balance and start holding a free-standing handstand.
