About me

I started my movement journey early, as a young swimmer. As a young teenager, I began studying Capoeira under Ido Portal, who later exposed me to a much wider framework of physical training, not through one sport or one discipline, but through movement as a whole.

I practiced Capoeira for almost a decade, and over time explored many different worlds: dance, acrobatics, boxing, parkour, handstands, strength, mobility, basketball, and tennis.

Like any journey, this one was full of ups and downs. I dealt with an extremely unbalanced posture, which made many physical pursuits very challenging. I also dealt with injuries, and eventually a severe autoimmune flare-up that taught me one of the most important lessons of my practice: how to rest, reset, balance my body, and build a truly sustainable way of training.

This journey gave me a wide perspective on physical practice. It allowed me to see the connections between different methods, understand the blind spots of different disciplines, and later, as a coach, help others build a more balanced and sustainable practice.

I started coaching in gyms at 18, and at 23, while getting my degree in psychology, I began teaching my own movement groups outdoors.

After years of studying, traveling, practicing, and learning from different teachers around the world, I opened my physical gym in Haifa in 2016, Motion.

A few years later, during Covid, I started The Motion School, mostly teaching online through subject-specific programs. After a few years, I realized that what was missing for many online students was personal connection, ongoing guidance, and a sense of long-term progress.

That’s why I created Motion Lab.

Just like my physical school, Motion Lab brings together everything I’ve learned from years of practice and teaching into one structured, accessible space for adults who want to build strength, mobility, coordination, and movement freedom in a sustainable way.
